The officials should remember that there are people or players who do not speak Afrikaans and therefore communicate in both languages at all times. The officials need to be professional by not taking sides whenever there is a misunderstanding between the players. It is very unprofessional when two players of different race are playing then the official comes and speaks in the language that the other child does not understand and very often this leads to the decision of the official favoring the player that speaks the same language as the official. The racial issue is really a problem at these tournaments.
