Please note that you are required to play backdraw matches if you lose in the main draw in singles, doubles and mixed doubles. Backdraw matches are part of all masters tournaments and you are required to complete them.
If you withdraw from backdraw matches, your name and the reason for withdrawal will be recorded. The National Masters Committee will take action against players who are repeat offenders without valid reason.

All players who enter a TSA Masters (Senior) tournament must be a paid up member of a Provincial Tennis Association

Fantastic tourn.well organised..
Just a suggestion with regards to extreme heat. Pls can we have umbrellas on court and access to ice. I felt like i had heatstroke in the warm up .

Water was an issue at Strand Tennis Club, there was a pipe burst but not enough backup. Could not shower, only hot water.
No cold water or ice available - it was incredibly hot at Strand Tennis Club, not sure of other venus, Somerset West did have a water dispenser and ice.
Limited food choice, at Strand, same old toasted sandwhiches options.
Can Nationals not provide new tennis balls for singles 3rd - 4th, 5th-6th place? These positions are critical for the selection of teams.

We should be informed If the schedule is running an 1hour and a half late.We work and if we can plan accordingly financial losses can be mitigated.
