This training camp is mandatory for squad members. If squad members have any exceptional reasons they cannot attend, an exemption form must be completed and submitted to the Junior Development Committee () by the camp registration deadline.

Squad photos will be taken at this event for future stories about squad athletes to be used in Squash BC's media and communications.
